The Loch & the Tyne was created by Chef Adam Handling for Co-Chef Proprietors Steven Kerr and Jonny McNeil, both of whom have worked with the chef for a number of years, hence the name of the pub is representative of where Adam first met both Steven and Jonny – 2008 in Newcastle and 2010 in St Andrews respectively.
